::100:: What a number! I started about 6 weeks ago with the idea of my foundation for historical computers and today i reached a real milestone!I got my 100 Computer for the foundation. I am kinda proud as i think that in that short time i reached something really cool. Most of the computers i had to buy on my own but there are also people who started to help in that part. I want thank the people which donated stuff to the foundation.
Beside that i also got a cool donation today!

Beside all that i also started to clean up the house and moved all unnecessary stuff to the trash, once all is cleaned i will start to fix the roof and get new windows and doors in.

It was January the 8th 2007 when i decide to start that project. Make a public museum with home- and historical computers. A few weeks ago i posted the first computers i collected together. Most of them i had to buy but some i also got as a donation. One of them was used by the famous German music band “Soehne Mannheims”. They made their first song arangements on it. Claus Eisenmann (a former volcal and the founder of Soehne Mannheims) made that Atari 1040STE with Screen and software as a donation for us. One else gave an awesome Sparc Station which looks brand new and another one gave a complete Commodore VIC 20 with complete periphery.
The idea i have is to create a charity foundation. Our house will get part of it, we give about 1000 sqm (1sqm = 9sqfeet). It will be a public Museum which will collect a big range of computers from each time area. We hope that we can collect enough together. It is very important for our Kids that they have the chance to see all that computers collected together and understand how things worked and work.

Heute hat sich unser Sohn Niklas eine Website eingerichtet. Ich bin sehr stolz auf Ihn. Als meine Frau und die Jungs ENDLICH hier in die wunderschöne Pfalz zu mir gezogen sind, hatten wir Beiden echt arge Bedenken was Niklas angeht. Er ist in der Schule immer sehr ruhig und zurückhaltent. Zwar waren seine Noten immer gut (fast nie eine “3″) aber es war immer schwer für Ihn.
Vor 5 Monaten kam die Schule auf uns zu und bat uns, einige Tests mit Niklas machen zu lassen da er offensichtlich “anders” sei, so sagte man uns. Er wäre immer etwas abwesend in der Schule und man hätte immer das Gefühl, dass er nicht so richtig mitkommen würde. Wobei er jedesmal recht gute Noten schreibt.
