<description>It's not that funny as it looks like.
The Mandriva Team is not just loosing in competition.
It's what Microsoft is doing to win competition. I remember Steve Ballmer flying to Munich when he heard the city wanted to switch to GNU/Linux. He was threatening the city that he won't accept this and that this will have consequences.
But the most interesting thing happened in China, where the boss from Microsoft China got fired because he did not want to spy and destroy other small business.

So it's the way Microsoft is fighting against GNU/Linux that is critisized here in this open letter.
This open letter looks not very professional thats true but look at the shit Microsoft did few weeks ago.
Short Summary from the point of view of M$: "Linux is stealing our code they are breaking our software patents, but we won't tell what code it is or what technique they are stealing"

That remembers me of the four essential parts how to win in business.

First they ignore you.
Then they laugh at you.
Then they fight you.
And than you will win.

So we (the GNU/Linux Community) made progress. We are in phase 3 now :)</description>
